Jenna Sofia tells stories across media. She is an actress, writer, producer, and photographer catching folk stories and songs from around the world, and cooking up new ones. She wrote, performed in, and produced the forthcoming Rhythm of Six, filmed while she was 8-months-pregnant. Her debut film Break the Camera (Winner, Best Experimental Short, Amazing Shorts! Film Festival, Madrid) played festivals worldwide, including Mill Valley Film Festival (world premiere) and the Oscar-qualifying Athens International Film & Video Festival. She has played stages from London’s Southwark Playhouse (Offie-nominated Summer and Smoke, dir. Rebecca Frecknall) to NYC’s LaMaMa ETC (Girl/Group--now a feature she’s co-producing, to be directed by Jodie Markell). 

Jenna is the founder of Second Seed Productions and co-founder of Lovebranch Films. Writing clients include Gucci. Photography and production clients include Veuve Clicquot, Fresh Beauty, Female Founder Collective, and Starry Eyed Productions. She studied at LAMDA & the New School for Public Engagement.
